Directions:

Salmon:

  • Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Broil in the oven until the flesh is cooked and flakes easily with a fork, about 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool for 20 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
