Watermelon Feta Cube Appetizer
Now this is what I call food art. Appetizers to match your holiday color scheme!
Ingredients:
- feta cheese
- watermelon (firm)
- mint leaves/basil leaves (your preference)
Directions:
- Cut feta cheese and watermelon into 1'' square cubes (as equal as possible, but beware, we found this harder than it seems)
- Create a 3x3 box directly on party plates using cubes, switching off between watermelon and feta (arrange cubes on plates diagonally)
- Put 2-3 mint or basil leaves underneath corner of appetizer, so that it sticks out
