If you need to return something, here is what is NON-REFUNDABLE:
Please note, the customer is responsible to inspect their order and report any damages made to the products in shipment within 7 days of receiving their order. Proof of damages must be provided via email. Any claims about damaged goods after the 7 day inspection period will not be re-shipped.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will email you instructions to process your refund.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We cannot exchange products as we do not keep credit card information on file.
You may return an unwanted product and make a new order for a different product.

PoshPartySupplies.com are proud to cover the contiguous ground shipping expenses when orders exceed $249.00. However, if part or all of that order is returned, we will have to deduct our shipping costs from your refund.
